About Note Yapı
Since 2005, Note Yapı has been active primarily in construction, as well as in the textile, import-export, and tourism sectors.
With its value for people and human life, it promises not just four walls but a lifestyle.
Note Yapı’s management decided to work with us to prepare a lead generation campaign for one of its latest projects, the Premium Apartment project.
About the Project
Despite having a presence in the local construction sector, Note Yapı had not previously made effective use of digital marketing.
We developed and implemented a strategy that included specialized keyword research, landing pages, Google Search Network ads, and methods to capitalize on potential sales.
Process & Results
Lead generation for a construction company plays a critical role in the success and profitability of a sold project. However, without a solid marketing foundation, it is almost impossible to generate and convert quality leads.
After creating the marketing strategy, we set up a process to test it. We tested more than 30 hypotheses to find the best lead generation strategy.
Our goal was to reach the right potential customers through lead generation and get them to fill out a form. We explored how we could establish a digital presence on our own.
Time and resources, as always, were limited.
Traditional digital marketing strategies were likely to fail. We couldn’t just launch one campaign and hope it would work.
Instead of putting all our eggs in one basket, we designed an experiment-focused model that allowed us to quickly test multiple growth strategies and find those that worked for Note Yapı.
Meta Lead Ads
To achieve fast results, we chose to use lead ads. We created a form that enabled us to gather the correct information. As with every Meta ad, we meticulously structured and defined our target audience.
We used carousel ads and selected key details of the project for the sliding images.
As in every lead generation campaign, some of the incoming leads were irrelevant. These irrelevant leads quickly revealed themselves in the initial call.
Throughout the campaign, we worked closely with the sales team. We improved the campaign based on their feedback.
Integration with Zoho CRM
We noticed that after the brand called potential leads, they were not following up on the process. To solve this, we implemented Zoho CRM.
This allowed us to track Meta lead forms through a CRM tool. Each lead form was connected to the CRM system. When the forms were filled out, the information was automatically entered into this system. The sales representative could then see the details when making a call and enter notes from the conversation into the system throughout the process.
This made it easier to manage and track the lead process.
Before and After the Call
We began automatically sending emails to everyone who filled out the lead form, using the email addresses they provided. This email contained introductory information about the project they inquired about, details about Note Yapı, and information on other projects. This also provided social proof for the company. Additionally, we thought there might be another project that the lead might be interested in.
After the sales representative called the lead, they would send additional files via WhatsApp or email, depending on the lead’s preference.
This ensured that the potential buyer was always informed.
Results
We improved the quality of the leads for the Premium Apartment project, based on the sales team’s feedback on the forms.
By collaborating with Note Yapı, Studio Brainy adapted the lead generation solution in a short time, working in a highly competitive and fast-moving market, and communicated the brand’s value propositions to potential buyers.
Studio Brainy became a key factor in helping Note Yapı’s sales team make more calls. We saw that the results achieved so far were due to the proactive approach and continuous feedback from both teams.
Outsourcing the lead generation process allowed Note Yapı to focus on faster growth and completing its sales processes in a shorter time.
